DUI arrests
? Diane M. Arends, 50, of the 14000 block of Eagle Ridge Lakes Drive, Fort Myers, was arrested Friday by Lee deputies near home. She was charged with DUI/first offense.
Grand theft arrests
? Paul Andre Vega Soto, 20, of the 15000 block of Hagie Drive, Fort Myers, was arrested Friday by lee deputies in the 15000 block of Pine Ridge Road in Fort Myers. He was charged with two counts of grand theft and three counts of burglary.
Battery
? Jessica Ann Cassiano, 29, of the 9800 block of Bernwood Place, Fort Myers, was arrested Friday by Cape Coral police in Lee County. She was charged with battery/domestic violence.
Grand theft
? An iPhone valued at $400 was reported stolen Friday from the 9400 block of West Terry Street in Bonita Springs.
? A television, cash and miscellaneous items with a total value of about $400 were reported stolen Saturday from a house in the 18000 block of Pioneer Road in Fort Myers.
? A 2003 Dodge Ram valued at $8,000 was reported stolen Saturday in the 8100 block of San Carlos Boulevard in Fort Myers.
? A cellular telephone, glasses and a GPS with a total value of more than $700 were reported stolen Sunday from a vehicle in the 9900 block of Coconut Road in Fort Myers.
Criminal mischief
? An estimated $200 in damage to four car tires was reported Saturday in the 17000 block of Laurel Valley Road in Fort Myers.
